Tom began his career in 1997 and brings decades of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to both business and individual clients. He works with a broad range of corporate, partnership, and limited liability entities across industries including manufacturing, software development, construction, real estate, and legal and professional services. He also regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, helping them navigate complex transactions with confidence.
In addition to his business-focused work, Tom has extensive experience developing tax planning strategies for individual clients, including planning related to equity-based compensation.
Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Merrimack College.
